Boy, that's for sure. "whiny" - note there is NO "e" in there. Before you criticize other's spelling, check your own. The first message looked like a typo, your's was bad spelling.
Besides, the guy was just making a good point. Where DOES one pay the entry fee if one has no intention of going anywhere near the visitor center?
