No Route Markers On Pleasant Cyn/South Park Loop

With all of the side routes trailing off from the Pleasant Canyon and/or South Park Canyon routes, why hasn't the BLM placed route markers at the intersections? At least, they could make sure the kiosk at Ballarat stays stocked with their informative trail description flyer.
