You are right, Eric. Population density play a major role in enviornmental pollution. Since Minnesota has a total statewide population of less than 5 million, compared to California's nearly 34 million, it is understandable that you are still enjoying a near-pristine enviornment. Political philosophy, liberal or conservative, cannot control the enviornment. As long as so many millions want to be here, California will continue to decline enviornmentally. Thank God I live near Death Valley, where you can still breathe clean air and get remote without much effort.
