To my knowledge, there are limited hookups available at Stovepipe Wells, and hookups are also available at Panamint Springs. I don't camp at Stovepipe Wells much, but in general, camping spots (especially with hookup facilites) can become scarce over the Thanksgiving weekend. If you're looking for camping on the valley floor, your best bets (if Stovepipe Wells is full) might be Mesquite Springs which is located north of the Stovepipe Wells area, about mid way between Stovepipe Wells and Scotty's Castle, or you could travel south to Furnace Creek.

There are three main camping facilites at Furnace Creek: Texas Springs, Furnace Creek, and Sunset campgrounds. Furnace Creek and Texas Springs campgrounds also tend to fill up pretty quickly over Thanksgiving, but there is nearly always space available at the Sunset campground-cum-parkinglot ;-). If you want to get into a specific campground of your choice on the day before Thanksgiving, your best bet would be to try to get there EARLY. If you roll in before 6:00 AM you stand the best chance of still finding an open space.

Good luck and hope to see you out there.
