Thanks, Bill. I'm flattered. We left Beatty about a year and a half ago. I now work for the US Army at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. I drive fuel trucks to support Army missions on the desert. I like my job but really miss the Death Valley area. I'm watching the job announcements and I think I'll try coming back there when there is an opening. Since so many people have left Beatty you can probably get a fairly inexpensive home there. The trick is to buy before Yucca Mountain opens. I read that Yucaa Mountain will employ 2500 and they will all need homes.
