No vandalism. You can see the tire marks and the dragging tire upward from the slide. With regard to the fence, that has been destroyed for some time - all cut up and loose just above the rock slide.
Tom and several of us made some repairs to this area, as with the bridge, about six months ago with Lara, Emmett and a few others. Tom determine at that time the fence was ruined, but everything looked ok.
