If you want peace and quiet in a fantastic slice of Gods green earth you should stay at Panamint springs. Check with mayor Jerry to see if Camping is available during the December break.
If you enjoy crowds, noise,cigarette butts in the asphalt lots,lousey food and rude service, check out the other place.
