Another Kook: Are you implying that these actions have happened to you? As an Adopt-A-Cabin volunteer I have not heard of these types of action taken place, therefore, I canít refute what you say. I do know of one private structure that was removed from the program at the request of the owner. This was done after the volunteers performed many improvements to the sturctures. If you, as the owner of any improvements on BLM land, have an agreement with the BLM, does your agreement protect your rights to your improvements? Your questions imply that is does not. If this is so, then your gripe is not with the Adopt-A-Cabin volunteers, but is with the BLM. But in all fairness, I would be very interested to find out from the BLM if what youíre saying is true. Can anyone document the BLM actions that Another Kook mentions?
