Yes, there is a nest in the corner by the entrance. One night, by brother and I were lying there listening to the rats scurrying around up in the attic. You could hear them enter over above the old refrigerator (The sheet metal roof would clank every time they entered). Then every once in awhile, we heard a slapping sound against the ceiling, sort of like someone swatting the ceiling with a rubber hose. Then one of the slapping sounds resulted in a rat squealing. We soon both came to the conclusion that a snake had just caught his dinner for the night! On another thought, with the Hunta virus (Spelling?) warning posted, can you picture this: There you are lying in bed, snoring up a storm, with your mouth most likely wide open, while Mr. Rat is scurrying around up in the attic and happily spilling his feces laden dust down through the many cracks in the ceiling. Not a pretty thought.
