It is not mine to sell, but it has been said that it is in the public domain. I collect and trade a lot of "jam band" concert recordings, like those of the Grateful Dead. Those bands allow free trading of their recorded concerts as long as no one makes a profit. There are several paths for this, including what is known as BnP - Blanks and Postage. I suppose that might work for this as well. The idea is that you send the source of the information a self-addressed stamped envelope and a blank CDR and the source just copies the info onto the blank and returns it in the envelope. Any opinions on that approach?

But before I hand out my name and address, I would like to be sure I won't be offering copy-writed material that might get me in some sort of trouble. There is no mention of copywrite in the first few pages of the document. Does anyone know for sure what the legal status is?
