Without getting into a pissing match over semantics... I admire the guys survival skills. I admire the fact that hes out in the desert, in some very secluded area, all by himself (kinda jealous of that fact, actually).
Already stated that I dont condone stealing. Re: "the rules of leaving behind" - common sense.
And I dont believe that you will find a concrete definition of "living off the land" in the dictionary, so that ones obviously open to interpretation.
I also agree with "Tend to Agree"'s statements that the Bandito is probably doing a lot less vandalizing than some of the more "respectable" folks are out there.
And as far as there being some folks around here capable of "bringing in the bad guy" - well, like my daddy used to say - theres them that does it and them that talks about it. And even taking that into consideration, still bothers me that there are people willing (to talk) about poisoning, shooting, or snaring an individual for stealing.
