I watched the new Helter Skelter on TV last night just to see what they showed of Manson's Death Valley Days. Well, other than a brief shot of them driving across a dry lake and setting a fire, they didn't show much. When they showed the arrest at Barker, the police cars were standard 4 door sedans! I don't think they drove those to Barker even back then. The original movie was better.
