DV - -May 26th

Well, it's almost here - my first time coming into DV from Ridgecrest. Hope to see Barker Ranch/Ballarat - up to Lippencott Mine Road (from the south..up), then to Racetrack. Up to Ubehebe and Scottys and then down to the Corkscrew Saloon for wings and beer at Furnace Creek! Then, back to Mojave for the night - unless we're just too tired!

I have to be back at Burbank Airport on Thursday at noon to pick up my two field hockey teams that are playing in the California Cup at Moorpark!

Does all this seem reasonable?? - - we'll probably leave Ridgecrest before "sunup" on Wednesday.......
