It is not a felony, only a misdemeanor. The felony occurs when your rights are violated by an illegal search and unlawful stop. The CDF are Rec Techs, and have no law enforcement authority. If they are indeed making whisper stops, they will get their ass burned. Do not pull over for rabbit rangers looking for lady fingers. Do not consent to any search without permission from Bodie the dog.
