Glad to hear you made it out OK. I was lucky to be over on the 395 when it all took place on Sunday. The clouds were so black it looked like midnight when I looked to the east toward Death Valley. Just out of curiosity? Why did you excpect to see the CHP or Cal Trans when you were stuck?
