I figured I might get hit on that. I like to drive, and figured I'd go until it was closed and then just turn around and wander about on other roads. I had no intention of going past the closure point. I just wanted to see it. At that very point in time there was no indication that it was due to any recent flash flood activity.
But, I can understand how it was taken that way.
