I agree with "back to the point" about personal responsibility. Rob is blaming the goverment for not "protecting" all of its citizens and Boots is blaming the goverment for the criticism of Rob. I don't work for the goverment, nor do I wish to, but I can see that it's easier to blame others for what happens in ones life. Boots is giving Rob too much credit and we're giving him this huge forum to keep rambling on.
Someone said that if some "common sense" was used a tragedy may have be averted. Well I'll tell you from personal experience, and I'm just as guilty as anyone else, "common sense" is the least common of them all.
I'm taking "back to the point"'s advice and I'm going to start blaming the government on everything that's wrong in my life, maybe I'll sleep a whole lot better...but then again, maybe I won't.
