A classmate of my son was killed the other day when a 10'+ boulder broke loose.
Who do we blame?
The goverment for not putting a sign up closing the area because boulders can kill?
The more people expect our goverment to protect us from any and all possible harm, all the more access to questionable areas will have to be taken away because people can be hurt.
I can understand wanting to hold someone or anything else to blame. Blame the weather, which is why one must take personal responsibility, read the weather and make your own best judgements. Rob just may be alive likely to making some good personal judgements as when to abandon his vehicle.
If you notice danger and see others going into this danger, let them know your thoughts and don't wait for a sign from the goverment.
