A third of an inch of rain and you all are tired and cranky! Every part of the Country has calmities. Be it hurricanes in Florida or wildfires in the West. People have their own homes or businesses burn down. One thunderstorm and you have to close 3 or 4 million acres, put up the barricades and lock down so no one else can see how slow you guys work. You don't know what clean up work is. I lost my house in hurricane Charley. Quit crying, pull your head out of the Government trough and do what you're getting paid for, for once!
