Besure to get an early start. The trail going down and up is very grueling. In fact, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being this most difficult, I rate this trail a 8 from the top and a 7 from the bottom. It will take you several hours to get back either way, and this is if your in excellent shape. Longer if not. Just try to leave the site around 2PM. Lots to see and explore.
