I have never driven a 22ft Motorhome (MH), but I can help you about some of you questions. Other will be able to answer the rest. Have fun on your vacation.

"After this we go south to Mojave National Preserve - Kelso and Black Canyon Road (CG Hole in the Wall)".

All of those are good roads and your MH will do fine.

"Panamint Springs to Scottys Castle: 190 west to Lone Pine, north on 395 to Big Pine, a few miles on 168 east, Death Valley Road (east) to Scottys Castle."

That road is real washboard* but wide and well used, so it should be fine for your MH. Check with the visitor center at Furnace Creek about the roads when you get there.

*washboard: is small ripples in the road surface that will shake you teeth out if you don't drive real slow in a MH.
