Then can someone tell me why you can't buy a 50 cal. Desert eagle in California? But purchase a 45-70 revolver! Doesn't make friggen sense to me ! Was told by a guy that works at Turners outdoors that I would have to go to Arizona to purchase one ! I had to ask him why in the hell he thought I could go there and get one. You have to have a Arizona drivers lic! And I'm sure it's the same in Nevada ! Or I acually should say is you can purchase on in another state but it has to be shipped to a registered dealer in California. That is if it's a gun that has not been banded in California!
