Ha, ha! Yes, I left Uncle Boogers Bumper Dumper off the list. Though that is an interesting solution, it requires those who are loitering around the truck to also be loitering around the person using the bumper dumper, which can be less than pleasant at times, more so with certain users.
I am more interested in the portable styles similar to those previously listed and what others are doing with their personal waste in the backcountry.
