As long as you keep the weight down and make sure
the receiver hitch and adapter are strong it should be fine. The only negative is the fact that the weight is far from the rear axle so it
takes weight off the front axle thus my comment
on keeping the weight down. Watch for clearance
to open tailgate and such. Also can you see your
lights and license plate when using such a device?
