Yep, Not as much of a worry with getting help on most well traveled roads. Just be prepaired, good spair, mini compresser, tire plug kit, food, water. Something else that is cool, I got XM radio, it has a weather channel, my #1 concern is weather, push your luck and you'll get stuck, not to say that taking a little risk isn't out of the questin, make it an adventure. I had a BAD flat 50 miles off pavement and had a replacement tier in two days and put my spare back. Those who are not comfortable with this should travel in groups, obviously that is the safest.
