I talked Inyo County Deputy who has been involed in this case from day one. He says that the bandit took the map when he broke into the store and stole the quad, among numerous other items. For those of you that actually been in the store, you know where Donna had it pinned to the wall. He has also said that Donna is not a suspect in any of the thefts.
