Hi all, I can't seem to get a "straight" answer concerning usage of a legally registered (license tag attached)ATV on the "backroads" in DVNP, When I call the park HQ. Can anyone help me with this. Where I am from, a legally registered (license tag attached)ATV is allowed on unpaved roadways and is able to cross "paved" roadways at a 90 degree angle. My ATV is equipped with head and tail lights, a horn, turn signals, a brake lamp, and is "california ready" as far as emissions go.
