With as little rain as we have had, you would expect that the Amargosa to be dry. Almost a month ago to the day, the Mighty Amargosa River was flowing. Still one must remember that the Amargosa River flowing is the equivalent to crossing a small creek.
Also at the same time, something that I have never seen before was water flowing from East Cornise Lake into the Mojave river Sink. It was a healthy flow to, maybe a bit more then the average creek.
