I have found that the government leave targets that have been bombed or straffed at just about all bases. The odds of us ever receiving these lands back to public domain is slim to none, so why waste more tax dollars and human life's to pick up this stuff? Besides, they are fun to play with, like this the A-7 Corsair II we found this weekend while playing out in the desert.
Hmm...I checked out where you said "1/2 mile from Owl's Hole Road is dump with tons of exploded/unexploded ordinance and Armored Transport Carriers" and I am not seeing anything, can you be any more specific?
