At the time I was on them, I felt that a standard passenger car could have done them all if taken slow and easy. I suspect that the Mosaic Canyon road is kept in good shape because it is short, leads to a popular spot, and is next door to Stove Pipe Wells. The road from the Scotty's Castle area to the Eureka Dunes was just a lot of washboard - bouncy, but no obstacles. The Race Track was the worst of the three with sections of both washboard and loose rocks. There were two small washouts. Nothing that would stop a sedan, but you would have to creep at a very slow speed. As mentioned, the weather could change all of these drastically. So, check with the rangers for latest conditions.
