You can't drive TO it, although, with a locker or two, you can drive about 1/4th of the way via a short spur road to the north at the crest of the Pleasant Canyon road. From this point it looked to me like a 30 minute scramble up the loose, scree slope.
I believe this is also the location of the old burro trail down to Arrastra Spring.
