Does a ranger have the right to see if you have paid your entrance fee by looking for a windshield tag thingy?
And while looking at your windshield does he have a right to notice things in plain sight inside of your vehicle?
Does he have the right to enforce the rules and regulations of the park?
I don't know the particulars of G2S's difficulty with a ranger, or why the ranger was po'ed, but I don't understand the concern over a ranger approaching anyone in the park.
