You have obviously never had the misfortune to run in to Dave Brenner. If you ever do, have a tape recorder. He likes to make up rules and regulations on the spot just for harassment. We have had several encounters with him and have filed our objections with the DV superintendent (Martin and that time. Martin said that Brenner told him that he had never had a meeting with us. The next time we met Brenner, one of our gruop had a cassette recorder. When she turned it on, Brenner shut up, got into his vehicle and left.
