I had the ‘opportunity’ to spend a couple of hours with Dave B. a while back when I had some difficulty in the park (to long of a story to go into here). While he may have come off as a bit arrogant at first, after we discussed my situation for a few minutes, we got along fine. He assisted me much more than he needed to, and did so in a friendly manner.
I have been surprised to read that others have had the opposite experience. Maybe he was in an extra good mood the day I met him.
