Lost -in general management plan (GMP) hell

Hey Ya'll,
Sorry for sounding dumb... I usually am but...
I have several questions RE:DVNP general management plan and eviro impact statement(GMP/EIS)for DVNP.
I'm looking at http://www.nps.gov/moja/devaplan/abstract.htm
and
http://www.nps.gov/moja/devaplan/purpose.html
Abstract of GMP and EIS for DVNP, dated in 1994...
Says plan for next 10 to 15 years. Is there a link to a plan with this detail that is newer? I have many issues that are standing but I thought they had a more recent address of the park plan and EIS, ie. Y2K?
