Goody - I met up with Dana & Rich at the Minnietta Friday afternoon, figuring I'd spend the night there and check out your Hilton before going to the Osborne. The 3 of us had a nice visit - I had a captive audience for my California water stories!

I was impressed - the FOMcabin was rustic yet well maintained. I was able to check out a little bit of the nearby stuff - so much of it, but once again ran out of time....

At the Osborne, the more you looked, the more you saw that could be done, from cleanup through "new" construction or reconstruction. And I still haven't gotten to the Surprise.

Maybe I'll see you there next time!
