Go for it! Do not let a little monsoon scare you off.......Really now, since I too have a landbarge you need to know that if Mengel pass is wet- even from a little downpour you will have difficulty as the rocks are glossed and very slippery. Heading towards Ballarat is much more easy with a full size rig. Maybe you can plan your trip by entering via Warm Springs. Carry all supplies as help is a walk to Ballarat(22 miles) or a 5 day wait........ Have fun!
