Satellite Phone Rentals

This is one outfit that rents Sat. phone, you can do a search to find other.
I know these are kind pricey, but they do work. Since I see people posting about cell phone not working around the desert, well these things work everywhere outside that we have tried them.
When up in Utah we found a pay phone and it cost $40 for 5 minutes worth of calls, so if you need to be in touch for work these could pay for themselfs fast. I myself don't need to be that accessible, but I do like to travel with others who carry them.
Maybe I shouldn't have posted this, the last thing I need is hikers yapping on the phone in the outback. :-)
