I checked NICC's Incident Management Reports for the 2nd through the 8th and I found nothing reported about the fire you mentioned. I also checked several news sites for the Sequoia National Forest area and I still could not find anything on the incident. I am currently trying to figure out how to access NIFC's back NFN Wildland Fire Updates for the dates around the 4th.
