actually, I have wondered about that when I'd see the plates with the little "G". When I was in the Coast Guard our little electric vehicles had that on the plate. I always thought that they were CG vehicles. Now I know "the rest of the story". (Just a little quote from Paul Harvey to honor his birthday, so I'm one day late, Sep 4, 1918, and he's still going strong.
