Thanks again to Tumbleweed for taking me on a tour of Carrara a few years ago. Given the accessibility of the area, I'm surprised more people don't check it out. However, I remember the feeling standing on the edge of one of the pits. If you slipped and fell into it, you'd be dead on impact. That marble is kinda hard!
