There is a tower that sits up on a ridge just north of Fish Canyon in the Slate Range. It has a clear view of most of Searles Valley and has a clear view from the Navy Base Boarder in Panamint Valley all the way up the valley to about Hwy 190 and beyond. The Tower sits at about 3860' so I assume that 'IF' this is the tower it will cover just about all of PV that is in its sight.
