Drilling Exploration in the Panamint Range, Inyo County: CR Briggs Corporation of Trona, California, has submitted a proposal to explore and prospect certain public lands south of Ballarat, California. Public comments on the proposal may be submitted until November 8, 2002. Written comments by mail need to be postmarked by November 8, 2002, and e-mail comments to rporter@ca.blm.gov must be received by this date.
