Excellent insight. I agree, particularily about our very own government. And, that is why individuals form special interest groups so that they can capture the hammer and the handle. That done, they can proceed to extract from the productive members of society (through taxation and confistication) the funds necessary to pay for the force (police, military) to impose their wishes upon the rest of society. Not a pleasant experience if you are on the outside looking in.
