So Pugsly, how do you think our 2001 Forerunner will fare - we're planning on taking it instead of the old Blazer. We'll be there the 15-17, staying at Furnace Creek campground. We'll see how many students are brave enough to go - we've taken them on field trips out to the Western Mojave, but never on a camping trip. If they don't go - no sweat - we'll have just a nice camping trip ourselves with our friend Marty, - and we can explore the backroads instead of teaching college students how to photograph the geological wonders of DV and those llamas!
Looks like Thanksgiving weekend I'll be with my son out in Dove Springs so I will miss out on Jerry's Thanksgiving dinner. I'm sure I'll meet you out there some place sometime, though, Pugsly.
