There is also a RV Park/Golf Course (9-hole, 3-par, "probably" cheap) at the Longstreet Casino just about 5 to 10 minutes north of Death Valley Junction (where hwy 127 (california) hits the Nevada state line). I don't know about the short/long term rates at the RV park, but they're probably pretty resonable. The next best bet as Mark mentioned would probably be Pahrump -- they've just put in a new RV development in the past couple of years (maybe more than one for all I know).
