I have had great luck with BFG All Terain TAs (31x10.5) on my Tacoma. The triple sidewalls resist punctures very well. I've also got 45+ thousand miles on these tires, including much off-road punishment. If you carry a high-lift jack learn to use it before you need it as they can be tricky.
