weather after Christmas

I was planing to go to Warm Springs the day after Christmas but the road conditions on the North and South Passes scare me. Unfortunatelly, because of plugin error I cannot read DV Morning report in PDF anymore. Is there an alternative way to check weather and road conditions in DV? What are current conditions in Saline Valley and N and S Passes?

What are other DV alternatives for camping and 4-wheeling not affected by recent storms? Are nighs at low elevations also very cold? I go with kids and don't want them to suffer too much ;-)
