Now maybe roads like Lemoinge Canyon will be open. Most of the roads closed in DV were because rangers didnot want to patrol them. [My personal feelings]. Don't believe that the Wilderness Act closed the roads because the western boundries were not defined on the map that congress approved. I hope there will be controls in opening the roads.
I don't believe it will happen though.
