That happened to me. Fortunately the charge was going to be "littering" which can cost $1,000; I suspect the officer took pity on me when he noticed the meager evidence and did not even consider "indecent exposure."
I was asked by the officer if I was retired and I said, "yes." Tales of the elderly and their frequent trips to the john my have entered his heart so he left me with only a warning to "not litter HIS desert."
